Students

Embark on Asia Pacific crossings and gain knowledge, skills, and experiences that will open doors to new opportunities!

On this page students can find links to programs designed to foster meaningful connections with the Asia Pacific region. These programs include the US Department of State-supported American Youth Leadership Program with Cambodia and our Schools-Helping-Schools initiative, which provides opportunities for students to support as well as participate in community service projects in Asia.

Students may also link to Open Channels, which connects students with their peers from around Asia and Pacific through online project exchanges and discussions.

To explore key Asia Pacific issues and topics, link to Topics & Issues, or check out At the Crossroads: Southeast Asia, a resource that investigates diverse voices and perspectives to build understanding of events surrounding World War II in Southeast Asia and their continued impact.

The East-West Center also invites you to recommend/submit resources for exploring the Asia Pacific.
